....................The Venue plays a important role in the success of any Exhibition. For the first time Auto Show '99 is
being organised at the exclusive Circus ground which forms a part of the VOC park ground and it is at the junction of
Dr. Nanjappa Road and the road leading to the Nehru Stadium. There is also ample Car parking facility at the venue.

Publicity:
..................A Professional advertising agency takes care of the advertising requirements of Auto Show'99, Coimbatore. The media market for oriented advertising strategy are Satellite Television, Press, Hoardings, Banners etc.

Rental Charges:

Except for the special positions all the stalls with have panelled partitions with name boards in standard cut out letters. Coir mat will be provided on a raised platform. The structure is protected from weather disturbances.

Each stall will be provided with two tubelights and two spot lights, a table and chair. General security personnel will
be arranged. Additional fittings or furniture will be provided at extra cost.

Modification of the plan, deletion, inclusion or shifting of stalls if deemed necessary would be made during actual construction at the sole discretion of the organisers. There may also be changed in stall numbers due to cancellation
and hence the Participants are advised not to advertise their stall number till the final list is ready.

Terms of payment:

........................Booking of stall will be accepted only on payment of 50% rental charges as advance along with a
caution deposit of Rs.2000/- for special position and Rs.1000/- for regular stall. The caution deposit will be refunded after the exhibition after deduction of cost of any extra furniture / fittings when used. The balance rental amount to be
paid positively before 27th Nov'99. No refund will be made under any circumstances for cancellation of bookings.

Exhibition Date & Timings:

26 Nov to 30 Nov '99 - 5 days................. 26th at 4 p.m Inauguration ........ 26,27,28,29,30th 11 AM to 8 PM

Schedule:
Participants can occupy the stalls from 23 Nov'99. The Stalls for Prime position and stages will be made available
2 days before the exhibition i.e., 22 Nov'99
