Payasam
Ingredients:

10 cups Milk 
1/2 cup Sugar 
1/2 tin Condensed milk 
1/2 cup Cashew nuts 
1/2 tsp Cardamompowder 
2 cups Rice 

Preparation:

1.Mix together 2 cups milk and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Add the rice and boil till the rice is 3/4th done.
2.Add the remaining milk, condensed milk and sugar. Cook on a low flame till it thickens. 
3.Stir occasionally. Add the cashew nuts and cardamom powder. Cook till it is very thick.  

Serves : 4-6 
Time : 45 minutes.
