
| Ingredients:
2 tsps butter 3 Onions (sliced) 5 medium-sized potatoes (peeled and sliced) 2 cups mix vegetable stock 1 cup milk 1/2 tsps sugar 150 gm corn 1/2 tsps black pepper powder. 1 tsps salt a pinch of nutmeg powder For Garnishing:

Method:
Boil corn till tender and keep aside. ( If you are using caned corn, do not boil them. Also, omit sugar in this method.) Melt
butter in a pan, add onionfry till transparent. Add potatoes, vegetable
stock and bring to a boil. Then add salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cool, blend and sieve.
Cooking
Time: 40 minutes.
