Manipal Idlis
Ingredients: 
3 tsp ghee
tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp split black gram dal
1 tspsplit bengal gram
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup rava
1 3/4 cups thick fresh curd
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp baking powder
Method: 

1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seds.
2. When they sputter add the grams.
3. Fry until light brown.
4. Add chilies, ginger, coconut, salt and rava.
5. Fry for two minutes over medium heat.
6. Cool.
7. Combine curd, coriander leaves, baking powder and rava mixture.
8. Pour into 12 lightly greased moulds of an idli stand.
9. Steam for ten minutes.
10. Cool slightly before removing from moulds.
11. Serve with saar and mint chutney.
