2 cups mixed vegetables 1 onion 5 red chillies 4 garlic cloves 12 peppercorns 1 tsp jeera 11/2 turmeric 1/4 coconut Ghee or Fat Salt |
Steps
to follow:
Method Pour boiling water over the diced vegetable and add salt. Cover and set aside. Grind the masala. Heat the ghee in the open pan and saute the sliced onions in it. Add masala and saute. Add the vegetables and water. Cover the pan and pressure cook for 5 to 6 minutes. |
