Rice Pudding Kheer
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
21/4 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsps sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 cup raisins
1 tin condensed milk
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews or pistachios)
Steps to follow:
1. Combine rice, milk, salt, sugar, nutmeg and raisins.
2. Bring to boil over high heat.
3. Turn down heat to lowest point and cook rice until all the milk is absorbed.
4. Add condensed milk.
5. Keep stirring until pudding thicknes.
6. Pour into individual dessert bowls.
7.Decorate with chopped nuts. Serve either warm or chilled.
