Egg Paneer Rolls
Ingredients:
boiled eggs - 3
mixed diced vegetables - 1 cup
(carrot, cabbage, cauliflower and peas)
minced onion - 1
tomato sauce - 1 table spoon
salt - as desired
chilli powder - 1 tsp
cut coriander leaves - 1 tsp
lemon juice - from 1 lemon
garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
maida - 1 tsp
paneer - from 1 liter of milk
oil - enough to deep fry
Method :
Blanch the cut vegetables in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain, fry with little oil, salt, sugar and chilli powder. Squeeze lime juice and mix well. Cut boiled egg into small bits. Mix with vegetables. Make paneer, drain water well, knead well with maida, salt and with yellow of the boiled egg. Add minced onions and cut coriander leaves to this.

Take little paneer mixture, make like a cup, put little vegetable mixture inside, shape into a roll like that of gulab jamuns, and deep fry in hot oil till brown. Serve with ketchup.
