| Ingredients:
Seasoned
flour - 50gm
Fish
(deboned) - 500gm
Ginger
paste - 1/2 tbsp
Garlic
paste - 1/2 tbsp
Black
pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Egg
(beaten) - 3
Garam
masala powder -1tbsp
Refined
vegetable oil - 1 cup
Vermicelli
- 100 gm
Cheese
(grated) - 11/4 cup
Red
Chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Salt
- to taste |
Preparation:
1.Clean
and wash fish. Boil in plenty of water and drain.
2.Add
ginger, garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli paste, garam
masala powder and grated cheese. Mix well.
3.Make
lemon-sized balls of this mixture. Roll out these balls in flour, then
beaten egg and lastly in vermicelli.
4.Deep
- fry till golden brown. Serve hot with any sauce.
Cooking
time: 20 minutes.
