For Rice 1. Grind onion, ginger and garlic to a paste. 2. Heat ghee and add the ground paste to it. 3. Fry till it turns light brown. 4. Add the spices. 5. Fry for a minute and then add the rice water and salt. 6. Cover and cook till the rice is tender. For Koftas
