Shahi Paneer
 
Ingredients:

1/2 kg tomatoes
1 tsp red pepper powder 
2 tsp salt
1 tsp jeera (roasted, ground)
1 tsp curry powder (any)
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger julienne
1 tsp green chilli julienne
2tsp green coriander leaves
(chopped)
100 gm cream
250 gm paneer
Method:

Cut tomatoes in halves and pressure-cook
it without adding water.
Cool, churn and strain in a soup strainer.
Reheat puree, add all the spices and 
ingredients, except cream and paneer.
Cook till the mixture becomes thick.
Add cream and paneer.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
