- Bread 12 Slices
- Corn 1 Cup (Boiled)
- Corn Flour or Maida
2 Table Spoon
- Butter 3 Table

- Milk 1 -1-1/2 Cups
- Pepper
- Salt
Method
- First we have to
prepare the White Sauce for Corn Stuffing.
- For preparing
White Sauce:
1) Saute the Cornflour
or Maida using Butter without Lumps
2) When its fried
well add the milk and keep Stirring till
3) It gets the Sauce
consistency. (Make this in low flame)
- Add Pepper and
Salt as needed
- Add the Boiled
Corn to it and mix well.
- When it is done,
Keep this stuffing over a slice of Bread and Cover it with another slice.
- Heat the Tava or
pan and Toast Crisply.
- Now it is ready
to Serve.
