AVAL PUTTU.
 
Ingredients

Aval-    One Cup
Jaggery -1 1/2 Cup
Water-Required quantity.
Pachai kalpuram and Cardamom (Small Qty).
Ghee-2 tsps.
Cashew-5-6.

For Puttu

Take one cup Aval.(Large)
Grind it in mixie in dry condition
Bring the aval to ravai consistency.
Soak in Water, add 1 Chittigai salt and keep aside. 
Remove the waste from ! 1/2 cup of Jaggery.
Make a thick Syrup and set aside.
Add Aval grinded to this Jaggery syrup uniformly.
Roast Cashew in 2 tspt of Ghee.
Powder small quantity of Pachai kalpuram and Cardamom.
Mix cashew, kalpuram and cardamoms to the aval throughly.

Preparation time: 7 minutes.
