Method:
Step 1: Soak the required amount of White chana overnight.
Step 2: Boil the chana in the cooker for up to 15-20 whistles.
Step 3: For Gravy:
Make a paste of 3 onions
Make a paste of 5-6 tomatoes separately Ginger / garlic paste 2-3 spoons
Corrainder leaves / cut into small pieces
Step 4:
1. Transfer the contents of cooker in a vessel after the pressure is
released
2. Heat the cooker and put little oil.
3. When the oil gets heated put some zeera
4. Put ginger garlic paste and let it fry
5. Put the onion paste and let it fry
6. Put tomato paste and let it fry
7. Put Haldi powder as required
8. Put 2-3 spoons of chhole masala
9. Put coriander leaves
10. Add salt to taste
11. Put the boiled chana with water into the cooker
12. Close the cooker and boil for 10 / 15 whistles
13. Open the cooker after the pressure is released
14. Now the Hot Chhole is ready to eat with chapatti / Rice.
15. Garnish with coriander leaves.
