Chilly Prawns with Potato



Ingredients : 
(1/2kg prawns
2 small or 1 big
potato)
Method:
Shell,de-vein & wash prawns well. Add salt,tumeric & chilly powder to taste. Add just enough water to cover the prawns. Cook till prawns are weel. cooked. Remove from stove & set aside. Chop up 2 big onions.Keep a side. Dice potato & deep fry.Set aside.In same pan fry onions till brown, add more chilly powder (preferably Kashmiri chilly powder so that you get a nice red colour), curry leaves & fry. Add cooked prawns & fried potato cubes. Servehot. Great for short eats.Can be served with drinks too
