Method 1.Soak rice and tuval dhal together in a container for 3-4 hours (or over-night if preparing adai for breakfast next morning).2. Grind rice and tuval dhal coarsely in a blender/mixie. 3. Add Items 3 - 6 into the ground mixture and grind for a minute. 4. After removing the batter from the blender, add finely chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix well. 4. Heat tava or dosa griddle and start making adai immediately (not necessary to allow dough to ferment). Make coconut chutney to go with this! Enjoy! |
