Ingredients
Coconut- 1room
Drumstick- 1
Carrot- 2-3 nos
Beans- 5nos
Bringal- 2nos
Cucumber-1no
Cumin- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Curd- 1cup
Coconut oil-for tempering
Curry leaves- 1pinch

Method

 

1.Boil the vegetables in waer
2.By the meen time take coconut paste with cumin seeds and salt
3. Add some curd to it
4. Now heat oil add th eboled vegetables and the paste just saute it
5. Temerit with musterd seed and curry leaves
6. Serve it with rice
