ALOO TIKKI

Ingredients
  • Potaotes – 4 medium
  • Green chillies finely chopped – 3
  • Ginger finely chopped – 1 piece
  • Truneric powder – ½ tsp
  • Lemon – 1
  • Cron flour – 1 tbsp
  • Salt, Oil – As required

Method

  • Boil potatoes, Pel the skin and mash. Mix with it salt, lime juice, turmeric powder, Green chillies and ginger and make a dough. Make small balls, flat them and coat this lightly with corn flour and keep aside. Pre heat a tawa and shallow fry the tikkis with a little oil till it becomes golden brown on both sides.
