Method
- Cut and clean
the crab.
- In a Kadai add
oil.
- After a minute
add chopped onions and fry well.
- Then add chopped
green chillies, curry leaves.
- Then add chopped
tomatoes and fry well.
- Then add Garam
masala, Chilli powder, Pepper powder, Turmeric powder.
- And corriander
powder and fry well.
- Then add the
crab in the fried masala and still well.
- Then add 1 or
2 Tumblers of water and close with lid.
- Keep in medium
heat for 15 to 20 Minutes till the crab.
- Get Cooked.
