CRAB CURRY
Ingredients
  • Crab 1/2 Kg
  • Refined Oil - 3 Tea Spoon
  • Onion 4 Nos
  • Tomato 4 Nos
  • Green Chillies - 2 Nos
  • Pepper Powder - 2 Tea Spoon
  • Chilly Powder - 2 Tea Spoon
  • Corriander Powder - 4 Tea Spoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 Tea Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Ginger 1/2 Inch Piece
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt

Method

  • Cut and clean the crab.
  • In a Kadai add oil.
  • After a minute add chopped onions and fry well.
  • Then add chopped green chillies, curry leaves.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes and fry well.
  • Then add Garam masala, Chilli powder, Pepper powder, Turmeric powder.
  • And corriander powder and fry well.
  • Then add the crab in the fried masala and still well.
  • Then add 1 or 2 Tumblers of water and close with lid.
  • Keep in medium heat for 15 to 20 Minutes till the crab.
  • Get Cooked.
