Egg Rice

Ingredients
  • Cooked Rice - 1 Cup
  • Egg - 2 Nos (Beat Well)
  • Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves - As Needed finely chopped
  • Curry Leaves - As Needed
  • Oil - 3 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds and salt to taste.
Method
  • Heat 3 teaspoons of Oil in a Kadai.
  • Add Mustard seeds and after it splutters add Onions and curry leaves.
  • After the above things gets fried add ginger-garlic paste and after a little time add garam masala.
  • After the mixture gets fried nicely, add the beaten egg mixture and stir.
  • When the Eggs are half boiled, add the cooked rice and stir well.
  • After the rice mixes with the Egg nicely , add Coriander leaves and serve hot.
