- Coriander Leaves

- Curry Leaves -
As Needed
- Oil - 3 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds and
salt to taste.
Method
- Heat 3 teaspoons
of Oil in a Kadai.
- Add Mustard seeds
and after it splutters add Onions and curry leaves.
- After the above
things gets fried add ginger-garlic paste and after a little time
add garam masala.
- After the mixture
gets fried nicely, add the beaten egg mixture and stir.
- When the Eggs
are half boiled, add the cooked rice and stir well.
- After the rice
mixes with the Egg nicely , add Coriander leaves and serve hot.
