MINT PANEER.


 
Ingredients

Paneer -250 gm
Onion - 2 chopped finely
mint leaves a  handful chopped finely.
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon
Black pepper -1/2 tea spoon
Oil -2 table spoon

METHOD:
1. Grate paneer and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add the onions.Fruy till golden brown.
3. Add salt turmeric and grated paneer. mix well and cook for two minutes.
4. Add the black pepper and mint leaves. Stir occasionally and cook on slow fire for about 5 min.
5. serve hot with chappatis .
