Pineapple Kesari
 
Ingredients

sooji-1cup
crushed pineapple-1\2 cup
sugar-2cups
elachi-1pod
yellow food color-1drop
ghee-1/2 cup

Method

Roast sooji till a delicious flavour comes. Sim the range and add sugar and stir till the sugar melts. Boil 1 cup water separately and add to the sugar sooji mixture and stir gradually taking care to avoid lumps.
When the mixture starts boiling add the elachi ,the food colour and then the ghee and keep stirring till the contents will leave the sides of the pan. Saute the crushed pineapple in a little ghee and add to the kesari. Garnish with few fresh pineapples and serve hot.
