This
temple is located in Kurundamalai, 24 kms from Coimbatore and 4 kms
from Karamadai.
'Rishi Agasthiyar' got 'Mandira Upadesam' from 'Lord Muruga' at this
temple, it is believed. This temple is situated in a hillock with picturesque
surroundings and kurunda trees and hence named Kurundamalai. This temple
is a testimony to architectural excellence. 'Lord Muruga' is beautifully
depicted which attracts devotees.
